Current Event #5

 On september 21,2012 apple released the new Iphone 5. The new iphone is 18 percent thinner and 20 percent lighter. It comes in two colors, black and white. It has a bigger 4 inch screen too.

Every year Apple releases a new iphone version. Each version gets better and better. Prices started at the same price as the iphone 4.  This impacts the community because the iphones are one of the worlds best selling phone. The technology grows and always has an impact on the community.

The theme this week was blue. Her nails are painted blue and she held on to the nailpolish to help the color. It brings it out, dontcha think?  I dont like the plain background though. The wood doesnt suit it.

Current Event #4

On Tuesday, March 6th 2012, a fired employee killed Episcopal headmistress Dale Regan, until he later then shot himself. Some students had said he was a strange person to began with. The gunman was later identified as 28-year old Shane Schumerth. He returned to the high school with an AK-47 assult style gun packed in a guitar case.

This is a really tough story to hear because a lot of my friend go to Episcopal and its scary that things like this can happen. Nothing bad was ever said about Mrs. Dale Regan. She was a kind hearted women.

This is one of my favorite pictures because it shows personality. It is posed but its still cool looking. I hate the interaction at the right of the picture and thats something i would change.

Current Event #3

In 1957, the Mayan calendar was constructed. The calendar stated that the world would end on December 21, 2012. Rampage and chaos spread like wild fire through out the world. This calendar astonished many scientist because it was "the most accurate calendar devised by an ancient culture.

The bibe says that no man knows when the world would in. As a christian, i never believe in it. It was a little creepy and it had some interesting facts to prove that it was going to happen. But obviously it didnt. Some believed that it has very so accurate so far that it was indeed going to happen. But others believed that they just ran out of room on the stone.
